Yue was born in Bozhou ,AnHui province. She received her master degree from the School of Physics and Technology in LanZhou university at 2018. And her research mainly on the electrolyte in EDL. In August,she studied molecular dynamics in The Interface and Transport Phenomena (ITP) Laboratory.
